- Place 3 basil leaves and the simple syrup in a shaker and crush together.
- Add all the other ingredients with ice, and shake vigorously.
- Filter and pour into a martini glass.
- Decorate with 1 purple basil leaf.
- Enjoy with thin-sliced Salametti Marsala.
