Open-faced Mini Capicollo Sandwiches

Serve these capicollo mini-sandwiches at your next cocktail event. Quick and easy to prepare, your guests will devour them!

  • 125 g thinly sliced Fantino&Mondello Black Pepper Capicollo
  • 8 tbsp roasted pepper hummus
  • 4 slices mild Cheddar cheese (cut in halves)
  • 4 dill pickles, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 8 buns (mini burgers, mini bagels or focaccia style bread)


  1. On split open buns, spread hummus then top up with Capicollo and cheese slices.
  2. Bake in oven at 350 °F for 3 to 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  3. Garnish with dill pickle slices.


This gourmet mini sandwich is as succulent and even bolder with our Hot Capicollo.

Pair it with a white or blonde beer. A great finger food idea to enjoy with friends!
