- Using a food processor, reduce the almonds, chick peas, quick oats and pizza sauce into a smooth puree. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add the dry spicy pepperoni pieces, nutritional yeast, basil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper and stir well. Taste, and adjust the seasoning.
- Roll 12 balls using your hands. Refrigerate in a sealed container.
Can be stored for up to 4 days in the refrigerator and one month in the freezer.
