Rethink eggs Benedict: An easy and savory recipe made with a Chorizo patty!

In a food processor, blend the Chorizo for a few minutes until a smooth and even blend is reached. Make small, thin patties from the blend, then pan-fry them on each side. 

Garnish either an English muffin or croissant with the Chorizo patty, add tomatoes, a poached egg, and top with some Hollandaise sauce.
